One day, I went into work, feeling pretty lousy. I was cranky from lack of sleep. I had a head ache, and was still irritated from the fact that girls that had less experience and less interest in handling animals, were being trained in the posistion I desperately wanted.
I performed my morning duties and had managed to make it to noon without biting some one's head off. I took the first dog out of it's kennel, and took her outside. It was a cold, windy and some what rainy day in December. The wind was freezing, and pierced right through my jacket, which only made me more grouchy.
I looked down, and there at my feet, untouched by the fierce wind, was this little dead butterfly. It was almost as if some one wanted me to have it. It was the first time in my life I've ever felt that way about anything.
The rain soon after ceased, and the clouds started to let the sun shine through. The wind kept up, but it didn't seem as chilling.
Anyway...xD enough about that. Hope ya'll enjoy the picture and just wanted to tell the story behind it. =]
Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 10 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
